Synopsis

In the high mountains of the Canadian West, three lives are brought together.

There’s Little Tiger, a Chinese street urchin whose quest for her long-lost father drives her to disguise herself as a boy and pursue railroad-building work in Canada. There’s James Nichol, a Canadian playboy and the son of a wealthy railroad building company owner on the brink of bankruptcy. And there’s Book Man, the tyrannical boss of an underpaid Chinese worker crew, a proud but vengeful rebel fleeing from his enemies.
